I love your idea of not rushing into the Thanksgiving mode. Fortunately, we here up in Canada, celebrate it on a Monday, giving us ample opportunity to rest, prepare and enjoy. Happy Thanksgiving, however you celebrate it.
Yep -so true as that picture shows something for which we should all be very thankful! One -that we have a military who perform the things they do in the name of keeping the rest of us safe and two, that we aren't there, where they are right now as well! Puts it into a different perspective -that of what we should be also giving thanks for, doesn't it?
