Last year a very kind lady gifted me with a bookmark. Since I read many hours every day, I handle this bookmark several times a day. Occasionally I glance at the words, and often I take the time to read the words, really seeing them and reaching out and embracing them. If it were possible for me to duplicate the bookmark and send it to each of you over the internet, I would gladly do it. Instead, it is my pleasure to share the words with you in this post.

to appreciate the sun more.

so that the smallest joys in
