I can relate to this little girl, finding happiness in dire circumstances, and I feel a bond with her that is hard to explain. It is as if I know her. No matter she is way over in India and I am in Nebraska in the US. She is a little girl and I am an older woman. We are connected.
We are all connected.

That is a truly amazing picture and spirit.
Yes, we are all very similar people no matter where we are in the world, and we experience & feel the same things, even when we are in different cultures.
Lovely picture.

That is a great photo. It is amazing how a good photo can really capture someone's spirit, so that just by looking at it you can feel that connection.
We are all connected. It has been over twenty years since our adoption of a 12 old year Indian girl named Rupa fell through. A few months before she was to come home, she vanished from the children's home. My heart is still connected to her and to this day, I pray for her believing I will see her one day.
This photo made me think of her.
Glad we are connected my friend. does this mean your feeling better. hugs.
we are all connected...and in many ways the cord runs through our hearts...
Yes, we are.
Well said
What a stunning and emotion-provoking photo Techno. I hope this young girl grows up to be the kind of woman you are-- strong and loving.
Hope you're feeling better, xo jj
We most certainly are. This is just lovely, Techno.
So true. Incredible photo and sentiments.
we are all connected. I believe one-to-one we could live peacefully.
If this thought were universally recognized, it would save us. We are all connected...
Very poignant photo. I love the expression of your connection to the girl in the photo and the connectedness of us all.
This is the most beautiful thing I have seen in weeks. WOW. I love it. Very, very beautiful.

We are all connected. Great post, TechnoBabe. Hope you are feeling a 100 percent again!
So true. But I can see why you would feel a special bond with a little girl who is also able to spin straw into gold.
Wow!! Amazing photo and such a beautiful message you have shared. We are all connected! If we could just begin to feel it every day...the world would change for sure!!

I agree, TB. That picture is uplifting, and your post says it well, in just a few words. Our connection will be our salvation... or our downfall. It's up to us.
You are making a positive difference.
Wow. Very touching. Having had the privilege of reading this blog for some time, I know you have been able to find happiness in dire circumstances. Your ability to do that inspires me, as does your ability to connect. Thank you for sharing. Hugs to you.

and now if anyone can find the joy in japan.....how sad is that mess.....
Wow, yes!
I just had to sit here for a couple of minutes and cry. It makes me so sad that any child would have to endure this, but like you, I am inspired by her amazing spirit. Yes, we are all connected. Thank you, Technobabe.
Yes, we are.
I hope that there will be some of this happening in Japan too!!
catching up here ,
your heart just makes mine larger...

Love this post. I think we all need to be reminded of the connection when alienation kicks in.
