Normally I would not be so enthusiastic about a goofy little rodent. But my entire life has been associated with this little guy. Today is my birthday.

Hi again: Thanks for visiting my blog. I love those walking tapes. Did you get a Leslie Sansome one? I want to get a 3 mile one. I have her 2 mile one; and I do another 2 miles one of hers on Free Demand on my Verizon cable.. but I think she has a 3 mile one.
I like the option of 1, 2, 3 depending on my energy level. i tried doing 2 miles and than 1 mile..but the 2 miles cool down; makes me feel not like getting my heart going again to do a 1 mile one.. (if that makes sense).
