Typical laundry day at TechnoBabe and James little hippie house. We hang clothes on the line together. It is a peaceful and pleasant back yard. Even the clothes are happy here.

I can see how happy they are :-)
The colors stand out against the green. Thanks for the glimpse of your relaxing backyard.
Love it...I will be hanging laundry on my lines in the backyard very soon...we have big beautiful trees too and there is just something about seeing all those colors hanging there that makes me smile. Happy Sunday to you and yours. XX
But I did just hang some clothes on a clothes line when I was in the middle of nowhere (recent post). It was a nice setup with pulleys and I discovered this gadget that keeps the line from sagging too much. It's hard to describe but if you have a line with a pulley it's worth it.
Good that you can actually hang anything there. Can;t do it here at all, even in an apartment, but oouldn't in a house either. you know, zone restrictions. I love the smell of fresh dried clothes and saves energy too. Nice shot btw. Very fresh and colourful.
This is something I miss so much. Being in a condo we are not allowed to have outside lines....I love the smell of my linens when they have been dried outside. Your back yard is lovely.....:-) Hugs
Nice. I think clothes even smell better when dried outdoors. Your backyard is so green. It looks extremely pleasant. A family that hangs together, hangs together!
I tried drying my clothes on a line once, the towels were so stiff when they dried that I was able to stand them up against the wall instead of folding them. I need a dryer.

yeah, we don't have a dryer, just let mother nature do it for us--look at how lush your yard is!
Your grass is in great condition!
I'm going to have to put up a clothesline. You know there are some communities that the neighborhood association forbids clotheslines.
What a cheerful picture. I remember loving to play in the middle of the clothes hanging on the line when I was little.
I'm sure they smell wonderful!
cool yard, sugar! xoxox
you do have happy laundry!!
Clothes on the line also have a fresher smell to them.
Living with your garden, must be a delightful, and hippieness.
nice. we need a clothes line....your laundry does look happy!
I so love that picture. Thanks for sharing that.

The very best way to dry the laundry!
You would probably like Lime's meditations on the Zen of laundry over at House of Lime. Check 'em out.
Ah..there is nothing better than sun-dried laundry. I love how you two hang the laundry together, I always find pinning out the wash to be soothing...
I always think that a line of laundry makes a good picture! Yours is no exception.

We can't do that in the burbs here.

I often look at all the different clothes on our airer, and think that's my whole family there all squeezed together, all very different.

The clothes really do look happy! :)
That is sweet and so retro. I remember those days when my mom hung laundry. Nice picture, nice color.
The clothes look happy.
Use to do that...don't know what happened to my rope!!
I wish I had a laundry line like this! Instead, I have a flimsy collapsible rack from Wally World that irritates me no end!
What a beautiful yard! I love line-dried sheets!
Looks like a great spot. :)

Hanging clothes, no TV. Your life sounds amazing to me. Hope I get there someday.
