New Year 2011

Enjoy Josh Groban singing You Are Loved.

And you are.

Like a ripple effect, we can help make another person's day a smidgen better. Smile at someone. Everywhere we went yesterday, someone smiled at me. I was so full of smiles and joy when we got home I began to think of how I could share that with others. Via email. Or mail a note. Phone calls are not my thing so much, but I will make a few calls and do some texting today.

The words of the song remind me I am loved. Enough to share.

May we all have a year of love and good health in 2011.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, DEAR BLOGGERS.

Fragrant Liar, I am receiving your good wishes and will store them for use throughout the year.

Opaque, Glad you liked the video.

Ocean Girl, amazing how we reach out hands across oceans and feel more than virtual love.

Anne, if anything I say in comments helps then I am honored.

Maggie my dear, a smile can do so much, can't it?

I think people are happier in small towns because we notice when we go to the lake, people are the way you said - always with a smile, but when we come back to the city, people are more likely to not be smiling and in many cases don't even acknowledge passers-by. A smile certainly brightens a day! Happy New Year to you TB and looking forward to more of your heartwarming posts!

PS ~ I've heard that you begin to imitate the people you surround yourself with. Well, if that's true, I am becoming a VERY GOOD person through my blogmates!

Hope you two have a very Happy New Year! Mine would be a lot happier if I could get my darned Reader to cooperate and operate the way it used to do! When I open it and click on "All Items" it just spins and says "loading" but only on very rare occasions does my reader actually then load! Got any suggestions how to get this bug worked out?
