Pete Seeger had song that went (from memory)

My eyes are on the table and my teeth in a cup / so I'll know they'll be there when I get up.

In the morning I read the obits -- my names not there, so I know I'm not dead -- my "get up and go" got up and went

Hi Carina, I am definitely young at heart that's for sure. I think that watching the older man working so hard as I sit and eat my lunch got me to thinking of the plight of the older people who have to work to survive and what they are facing in the workplace etc.
