Keep On Keeping On

The next time you feel down or start to feel depressed:

Put a smile on your face.

Stop and smell the roses.

Break out and live a new life, try new things.

Meditate and Contemplate, not just your navel.

Let your heart soar to new heights.

Keep your eye on your goal.

Love these pictures! I hope you are having a great weekend, it's just beautiful here in Florida! I won't be heading to the Drop Zone until Monday, but the weather will be nice then, too! Hugs to you.

excellent thoughts combined with powerful images. I like the last one, maybe I'm going through a focusing stage, finally.

the right attitude is key - sometimes it's a clever expression and other times a strange picture. Now I'm searching around for the song that title comes from.

I had to smile at your sweet comment on my post about my not being a professional dog walker and my well behaved dogs.... most walks I have to put a muzzle on Ginger because she has attacked little Jeter many times during our walks..even drawing blood! One day when Ginger attacked him there were 2 men working on their yards when she suddenly attacked Jeter. They ran to my aid and it took all 3 of us to pull Ginger off Jeter! We are talking about little poodles here, it was crazy! At home she does not bother him, only on walks..... I cannot take 2 walks in our chilly temps so she must be muzzled most of the time. Lately she has mellowed, I hope she will quit attacking him on the walks. xo

The picture of the smiling frog needs to be my desktop! It is great to read and see content like this. It's an antidote to much of modern living. It is so easy to get caught up in appearances and forget our inner life. Thanks for the reminders!
