Very good! I try to leave my loads behind but often pick them up again without thinking.

Leaving some of those things we carry behind is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. Thanks for this reminder of that.

It is the darkness we see that shuts out the light within. And it is not real, we only believe it to be.

I tend to carry my heavy loads around with me. I should think of dumping them, because I sure it would make my journey much easier.

Easier said than done, but I'm working on it!

What an enlightening poem, TechnoBabe. So often we carry things that are so unnecessary...and they become such a part of us that we forget we can let them go.

Pretty much what I needed to read today.. thanks for that.

Great inspiration that made my day! Thank you!

So hard to give myself permission to let anything go. Even though the thought of it makes me a bit too emotional. Wonder why that is? :)

Great Poem. Thank you.

Cheers,

Casey

I'm always toting too much baggage and the load is beyond heavy. Wish I could just let it go and leave it on the wayside.

Motivational.

This reminds me of a recent hike. How badly I wanted to scatter the things I was carrying all over the trail and lighten my load! LOL

Hugs.

I try to get rid of as much as I can, only way to keep going for me. Occasionally a memory will hurl me backwards for a day or so, but I really look at today as much as possible. smiles.

Cool graphic, too.

To be honest, no I can't see it all because my broadband speed is to slow. I will wait.

Yep! Spring is coming, just around the bend and with it, all our cabin fever junk will end! Starting to ebb out, slowly now but with each new bright and sunny day, a little more warmth to body and soul, just like the earth around us, we shed that layer and begin again to grow!
And it can't happen soon enough now to suit me either!
Loved this post!

I am once again dropping the heavy weight off and feeling more freedom now that those I love are doing well. Sickness is a weight. No matter what, it drags down the caregiver. Yet, each day I knew that I needed a break and to have a few hours for me.
