Solemn Supplication

Give me a sense of humor, Lord.
Give me the grace to see a joke.
To get some humor out of life,
And pass it on to other folks.

I did not write this; author unknown.

A sense of humor is necessary to good health!
The way the body relaxes and the mind is joyful after a huge fit of laughter encourages me to invite laughter and humor into my life.

anger, negatitivity, steals your energy and drains your soul, and leaves your body a crumpled mess. humor makes the unbearable bearable, and heals when in dire need. good one technobabe!!!

The message in your post -so true, so vital to maintaining sanity! My sense of humor often relies heavily on sarcasm -which sometimes, some folks don't always understand. But I can rant like crazy using sarcasm to make fun of a whole lot of situations that are, in fact, actually driving me bonkers at the time but after giving them a sarcastic workover, I generally feel much relieve, immeasurable better!

Humor is the only way I stay sane (a relative term for me) at work. Well, and at home, too.

That's can't be a real men's room. Must be some room at an art museum. For one thing, it's too clean.

Humor is the only way to deal with life, if I can't laugh at myself or my life well I might as well just roll over, instead humor just keeps it moving along.

If I didn't have a sense of humor, I would have checked out a long time ago.

So true! I love to laugh at myself, too. Actually, whenever I start to take myself too seriously, something always happens to make me look like the clown that I am. Like...I trip and fall down in public or accidentally say something stupid. It makes me lighten up and laugh. It's great for the soul.

I love the picture. That would be a good one to have handy for the gray days.

agree completely - lighten up
I've seen that picture before and really I think men have more fun in the restrooms than women. I have found many interesting things at the urinals.
Here's a company that has a product related to this.

It's so true,

I think I've done some business in that place. lol. I was in a restroom just like that in Prague now I wish that I would have taken a picture. It just seemed a little weird to take a picture in a restroom. :)

p.s. I'm 6'1 but that reflective ball made me look 4'1. lol
