Enchanted Garden Setting

You were breathless
As you took my hand
And led me to the front porch

Your arm encircled me
You included me in the surprise
So we could take delight together

Our front yard was a place of wonder
No longer just informal lawn
Now an enchanted garden

Evenings will not be the same
We look forward to our sojourn
Our bewitching evening delight

Fireflies dancing
Spinning in abandonment
Providing splendor

Ever so beautiful - what a lovely poem! The first stanza is a real gem and I love it! :)
